Hoyo Water Solutions subsidiary to be set up in Jiangnan Industrial Concentration Zone of Anhui Province.

On August 3rd and 4th, the Hoyo financial and business teams accompanied Victor Lv, Board Chairman of the Hoyo Group, to the management committee of Jiangnan Industrial Concentration Zone in Chizhou, Anhui Province. This is the home of the renowned scenic spot Mount Jiuhua. 

The Hoyo team discussed with the decision-making team of the management committee about officially taking over and operating the sewage treatment plant. It has been designed with daily processing capacity of about 300,000 tons and has been constructed with funds provided by the Israeli Government. The committee determined that Hoyo Water Solutions would take over the construction and operation of the project immediately and start the proposed implementation plan.

During the negotiation, the Chairman personally introduced the working model and the ROLT landing plan that has been meticulously prepared by the Hoyo team. The thorough and informative presentation emphasized numerous aspects of the PPP project, taking into consideration the impact from the perspective of all the cooperating partners and focusing on potential challenges and providing logical solutions, so that all parties may gain the benefits of this undertaking.  

The leaders of the committee sincerely affirmed the fundamental philosophy of the Hoyo Municipal Group with regards to the construction and operation of the modern city, which is ‘To take a holistic approach to urban planning, taking into consideration the market economy, which consists of the integration of pre-construction planning, the construction phase, management, scientific investment and endeavoring to avoid construction waste brought together into a sustainable operational repertoire.’

The Head of the management committee on behalf of all the delegates agreed on the spot to let Hoyo take the project. The specific plan would be discussed and approved by the director's office of the management committee before the end of August. Then it would be reported at the official meeting of the Chizhou Municipal Government in early September for approval and subsequently the project would be formally put into construction and operation.

Ke Wanzhong, the Director of the Management Committee of the Southern Industrial Concentration Zone and Secretary of the Party Working Committee, said in his speech that the enterprise strength, professionalism and professional team of the Nanjing Hoyo Municipal Utilities Investment Management Group were obvious to all. Besides, both sides considered problems from each other's perspectives, seeking common ground while reserving differences to give mutual understanding which had established a good foundation for the rapid establishment of friendly and mutual trust and cooperation between the two sides.

The bright prospects for win-win cooperation between the two sides were beyond doubt. In addition, Energy conservation and environmental protection has become the critical element of economic and social development at all levels of the government and to ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets as a principle and premise, Jiangnan Concentration District would unswervingly cooperate with Hoyo Water Solutions to continuously develop the Industrial Park into a more beautiful and ecologically sustainable one.

According to the cooperation consensus reached by the main leaders of the two parties, on August 7, Jin Changliu, Executive Vice President of the group, led the team to the sewage plant of the Jiangnan Concentration Zone in Chizhou to carry out specific work related inspections. Since then the formal setup of the Hoyo Water Solution subsidiary in Chizhou implementation countdown has begun.
