The development of Hoyo has reached a new level. On June 16, 2018, the international conference room at Nanjing Hoyo Municipal Utilities Investment and Management Group’s Headquarters was full of friends and the atmosphere was warm. A strategic cooperation project docking and joint communication and exchange conference was held ceremoniously by the Investment Delegation of Nagqu People's Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region and the Hoyo Investment and Development Alliance Consortium. There were such people who attended the event as Gu Zhaowen, member of the CPC Municipal Standing Committee of Nagqu, executive deputy mayor (Bureau-director level), and Zhong Yudong, deputy secretary general of the Nagqu Municipal Government, Pubu Ciren, director of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information, Liu Jiaxin, director of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Nima Zhaxi, director of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, Nima Ciren, Director of the Municipal Transportation Bureau, and Lv Xiaoyu, General Convener of Hoyo Investment and Development Alliance and, Chairman of Nanjing Hoyo Municipal Utilities Investment and Management Group, and Su Dongmei, Chairman of Liaoning Fuxin Lavender Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. of Hoyo Investment Alliance Enterprises, Li Boguang, Chairman of Anhui Yuanqian Pipe Co., Ltd., and Hu Haiqing, Chairman of Nanjing Puxin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.

The conference was hosted by Lv Xiaoyu who delivered a warm welcome speech, showing a good vision of the cooperation between the two parties and the advantages of exchanges. The Hoyo Investment and Development Alliance is willing to introduce the advanced development concepts, industrial technology, abundant funds and other resource development elements of the developed regions of the Yangtze River Delta into the pure land of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the roof of the world. Based on the spirits of good faith cooperation, social responsibility and surefooted entrepreneurship, and on full communication and trust, we will seek the maximum, widest and deepest level of cooperation.

Gu Zhaowen pointed out in his speech that Nagqu as the youngest prefecture-level city in China, its urbanization process and economic and social development urgently needs upgrading. Though Nagqu has rich natural resources, its urban infrastructure and real economy are relatively weak. In the speech, Gu extended his welcome to Jiangsu Hoyo Investment and Development Alliance to understand and invest in Nagqu, and seek common development with local party committees, governments and local people.

During the talk, the two sides had a thorough discussion on the investment parts of the three major projects, including the new material technology industrial park building, the ecological civilization construction in the environmental protection field, and the information construction to an intelligent city. They communicated, and conducted feasibility studies and estimation, and reached a preliminary consensus finally. The two sides also held extensive discussions on projects such as pastoral complex projects, cultural industry projects, and functional health foods, pending the implementation after the recent field visits to Nagqu.

The two sides expressed strong willingness to the necessity and urgency of the above project cooperation and reached a sense of shared responsibility and a good vision. The two sides hope that under the joint and active efforts, they will strive to complete the formal signing of the above projects at the China Tibet Tourism Culture International Expo (Tibet Fair) in August 2018, and accomplish the project landings and start construction before the end of 2018.
