In January 2018, the theme was "gathering wisdom, gathering strength, working together, overcoming goals and mobilizing." The annual meeting and preparatory meeting of Nanjing HOYO Municipal facilities Investment Management Group in 2018 were held in HOYO Shan xi Project Company and Nanjing headquarters respectively. The chairman Victor Lv attended the meeting and made an important speech. All the managers and employees of the headquarters of the group, the project staff of Shanxi Company and the leading official of HOYO Shanghai Weigao Pipeline operation company attended the annual meeting.

From January 8th to 11th, the group's annual meeting and preparatory meeting were successively held in Qixian HOYO Municipal Sewage Treatment Co.,Ltd, Qixian Dongguan HOYO Municipal Sewage Treatment Co.,Ltd, Shanxi HOYO Municipal Urban Investment & Construction Co.,Ltd. The preparatory meeting respectively listened to HOYO Shanxi and Nanjing team's work report for 2017 and the working ideas and plans for 2018. Jin Changliu, vice president of the Group, made a special report on the "Strategic thinking on the Development of the Real economy of the group in 2018." Zhou Lifan, Group Trade Director, made a special report on "Business Development thinking of HOYO Alliance in 2018." the participants also assessed their personal abilities, position orientation and other elements, reporting their career development plans and goals for the next three years.

During the preparatory meeting, the staff of the group headquarters visited the operation of HOYO sewage treatment Plant in Qixian, the construction of HOYO sludge treatment Center and HOYO Dongguan sewage treatment Plant. They intuitively felt the work strength and implementation measures of the group's Shanxi project under the relatively difficult environment, and realized the vigorous enthusiasm and energetic spirit of the Shanxi HOYO team. Shanxi cuisine is very distinctive. Under the warm arrangement of the chairman, the staff from Nanjing have tasted Shanxi special delicacies many times on the occasion of this Shanxi tour. Shanxi team also arranged personnel to accompany the headquarters staff visited Qixian Qiao's Grand Courtyard and Zhaoyu ancient city and other famous scenic spots, leaving beautiful images and unforgettable memories.

On January 25th, snowy snow was flying all over the room, and the room was full of people with a warm heart. The 2018 annual meeting of Nanjing HOYO Municipal facilities Investment Management Group was held as scheduled. Under the present of the Chairman, the meeting was started in the form of a discussion, a question and answer, and an interactive format. The participants expressed their opinions on topics such as the integration of the real economy and the virtual economy in HOYO, HOYO's development strategy, and so on. The second part of the meeting was made a statements by the each departments and project leaders, with the reporting on the specific quantified work objectives for 2018, Business indicators and implementation plans. In this part, Vice President Jin Changliu further interpreted the group's real economy promotion and work plan, and trade director Zhou Lifan further refined the HOYO Alliance's business thinking and task plan. Lin Xiuquan, leading official of HOYO group shanghai operation company, has just joined HOYO. He briefly introduces the construction technology of HOYO BIM pipeline management, visual management ideas and implementation plan.

In the annual meeting and the preparation meeting, Victor Lv has, in several speeches, assigned operation and management work for the group, announcing the new remuneration system in 2018 and the relevant verification methods. Victor Lv pointed out that in 2018 the group will continue streamlining administration, assigning duty to each employee, enhancing teamwork, developing sustainably. By verifying performances and linking up performance with benefits, salary improvement and wealthy employee cultivation will be realized.

Chariman Victor Lv reiterated that, a household will not starve in a famine if it has a stable business; and a country will survive critical moments if it has a sound law system. In the future, HOYO will stick to the two-pronged business guideline of “real economy + commerce”. Two sectors, like two legs of a man, are the support and complement to each other, together embarking on a new journey. Apart from that, Victor Lv said HOYO will follow the “Infrastructure + Internet” principle, and establish an intelligent pipeline operating company, customizing the pipeline operation with Industry4.0 concept. Meanwhile HOYO will offer 3D operation solutions as an integrated constructing, service and operation solution to local governments and municipal pipeline owners, builders. If so, HOYO will take up a measurable share in this field and be remunerated considerably.

Chairman Victor Lv stressed that, HOYO group must be dedicated to the development and innovation of the undertaking in Shanxi Province. Moreover, Shanxi HOYO Municipal Investment Company must be a more active player in monetary leverage and asset appreciation, giving the group a stronger support for HOYO group’s future development. For Shangxi’s undertaking and the group’s development, capital utilization itself is limited, so HOYO members must offer professional services. Therefore, HOYO must build stronger and more professional teams.

 For years Chairman Victor Lv has highly valued the corporate culture development. In his latest speech in the meeting, he concluded the HOYO corporate culture in the new development phase into Nine Traits. First is Loyalty (be brave to shoulder responsibilities); second is Responsibility (bucket stop here); third is Efficiency (try to tackle problems at first time); fourth is Result-orientation (results and achievements will talk); fifth is Communication (communicate at persons, solving problems on spot); sixth is Teamwork (follow the team and avoid being the shortest slab in your team); seventh is Modesty (do not boast); eighth is Cost-consciousness (bear costs in mind and have integrity); and the last one is 3Ps (A three-pronged attitude of professionalism, persistence and perseverance). The aforesaid clear and practical Nine Traits will definitely be the guiding light for HOYO in its future development.

During the annual meeting in Nanjing, Independent Project Operators/Revenue Generators (or teams) were encouraged to stand out and sign Intent Contracts with HOYO group. Besides, The Best Manager and The Best Employee are both voted out through unanimous ballots, which are Ruan Shouhai, the deputy general manager of HOYO(Qi County) Water Treatment Plant and Wang Jing, an employee of Nanjing HOYO Data Communication Engineering Company respectively.
