The Nanjing Hoyo Group held the Annual Work Plan meeting on the 27th February, 2017 in the Nanjing Hoyo Headquarters. The topic of the event was ‘Grasp the management and market, avoid talking big but be realistic and focus on achievable opportunities and continuous growth.’
Each employee must first report their annual work plan and the management of each department demonstrated the work strategy and numerical targets. The Board Chairman, Victor Lv, commented on each employees plan and discussed the key points of their work, in order to develop an overall strategy of the Hoyo Group for 2017.
The Board Chairman, Victor Lv, stressed the importance of acquiring results from the market and profits from clear sighted management in order to continue the traditions that have been the hallmark of Hoyo’s development for 15 years. Hoyo personnel must embrace leadership, creativity and effective execution of their work, be diligent and focused on the task at hand and continue to build a positive Hoyo culture.
