The Deputy Mayor of Huaian and The Secretary of Hongze leads a team to Hoyo

On 15th, September, 2015, The Deputy Mayor of Huaian city Mr Daolun Tang and The Secretary of Hongze County Mr Donghai Xu leads a team to visit the Hoyo Group to hold a symposium in orderto discuss ’Hoyo low-carbon industry zone’ project.
In the meeting, Mr Tang stated that introducing the knowhow from European companies and implementing these projects is a high priority after visiting the two factories in Austria, useing Public-Private-Partnership(PPP), or PPP plus as Mr Tang expressed it, as the cooperation model. Mr Xu says that we need to implement these two projects as soon as possible and set them as the example of low-carbon projects and then develop them in the cities nearby based on these projects.
The negotiation of the project proceeded very well and reached the intention to forge ahead with the low-carbon industry zone that will ultimately benefit the environment.
