On January 5, 2011, The Honorable Mayor of Huaian, Mr. Gao Xuekun met with the Board Chairman, Victor Lv and the Democratic Vice Chairman of Romania, Denisa and their respective groups. The two sides have a cordial conversation on the strategic cooperation between Huaian QingTuo Agricultural Equipment Co. Ltd. and Nanjing Hoyo SHK Modern Agricultural Equipment Co. Ltd. In attendance were Vice President of Hoyo, Mr Jin and another representative of the Hoyo Group QianJun; General Manager of the DingLi Group, Mr. Ren Guoquan and representatives of the Alien office of Huaian, Economic and Information Commission and the Principals of the QingTuo Company.
Mr. Gao Xuekun, on behalf of the Huaian Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and the people, warmly welcomes the Hoyo Group Chairman Victor Lv and Denisa and briefly introduces the fundamental city situation and the economic and social development situation of Huaian Cities. Mr. Gao Xuekun explained that because of the mechanism system, talent, technology and other reasons, the QingTuo factory, along with the Luotuo factory are the two biggest factories in China and have continued to develop slowly in the last few years. The QingTuo and DingLi Groups conducted joint-stock cooperation after a lot of negotiations and consultations last year. The Hoyo group and Denisa visited Huaian with the intention of seeking cooperation with QingTuo, which will be good for the economic development of Huaian. The Huaian Government expressed their intention to fully support the cooperation and assist with improving work efficiency and in general sincerely ensure the project moves forward.
The Board Chairman of Hoyo enthusiastically expresses their intention to seek more opportunities to engage with Huaian based on this new relationship and hoped to continue to develop the economic and social situation in Huaian.
Denisa introduces the urgent need for more tractors in Brasov and Romania in the meeting. She fervently expressed her wish to continue to build a bridge based on friendship between Romania and China through cooperation with Huaian in the regions of economy, trade, culture and other aspects.
After intense discussions, the QingTuo Plant signed a strategic alliance framework agreement with the Hoyo SHK Company and joined the Hoyo Alliance community. They will distribute their agricultural machinery products in the Romanian and Eastern European markets based on the Hoyo Alliance platform.
