In 2005, the 'Hoyo ICDS', was constructed asa prototype in Jimusi city, Heilongjiang Province and garnered the 'Assessment of Scientific and Technological Achievement Certificate' issued by the Chinese Ministry of Construction. As this was now promoted as the benchmark solution for the whole of China in the field of municipal construction, it laid the foundation for the sustainable growth of the Hoyo Group.
