On the 17 December 2006, the Board Chairman, Mr Victor Lv and the Vice CEO, Mr Goldenfinger and other HOYO members investigate the opportunity for the HOYO Municipal Telecommunication Cable Network and other construction projects in Chaohu city. This investigation is a prelude to the cooperation between HOYO and the Chaohu Government.
