On the morning of 22 July 2007, The Nanjing HOYO Municipal Telecommunication Cable Network resume work ceremony was held on the construction site. Jisheng Zhai and Benxia Wu were in attendance as representatives of the project. Half a month had elapsed since the opening ceremony. Even though the weather is extremely hot, the workers still insisted that they would continue working on the project.
