On December 15th, 2014, the Executive Vice President of the Hoyo Group, Mr. Jin, accompanied the Executive Chairman of the Romania Socialist Party, Ms Denisa, to visit Qi County, Shanxi Province Government and were received by the County Magistrate, Zhang Peng. A consensus was reached regarding the smart city between Qi County and Satu Mare County.

Mr. Jin and Mr. Zhang exchanged views on the DongGuan Sewage Treatment Plant construction project and discussed other projects including the pest control system, pear brewery and a Qi County glass window into Europe and Australia. Mr. Jin expressed his confidence in investing in Qi County and will further intensify projects moving forward, striving for early completion, so as the achieve a win_win situation for the company and Qi County. Both parties reached a preliminary cooperation intention for future construction projects. They hope to advance more project cooperation in both Romania and China through the platform of sister cities.
