On February 9, 2015, hoyo group  carried out the "internal competition activities" with the theme of "opportunities and challenges"based on strategic planning goals, combined with the enterprise development demand, follow the corporate culture.

It has come to my knowledge that this competition activities provided nearly 20 Senior management positions including operations director, marketing director, legal director.The candidates would have a speech based on the work experience, work performance, comprehensive qualities, post cognitive,awareness of themselves and working thought.The judges will make a comprehensive evaluation through professional knowledge, management ideas and skills, logical thinking ability, overall planning ability, such as word processing ability of the candidates and then determine suitable person for the position
