On 31 January 2012, the Chairman of the HOYO Group, Mr. Victor Lv, met with the Romanian Consul General, Mr. Florin Marius Tacu in Shanghai and a group of Romanian experts in the field of soil improvement technology. Both sides discussed soil improvement technology and held working talks with the experts from the Institute of Soil Science, Academia Sinica, Nanjing, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Land Resources Bureau.
