On April 19th, 2014, the first phase of the low carbon zone and the Dongguan Sewage Treatment Plant groundbreaking ceremony was held in the economic development zone of Qi County, Shanxi Province.

Under the care of the Qi County’s Government, the Hoyo Group have gone through three delightful years and witnessed many achievements. In this beautiful spring season, bathed in the fragrance of the pear blossoms, witnessed Hoyo achieve another milestone in their continued progress. This will ensure that our people will continue to challenge themselves in the development of Qi County. Taking part in the foundation stone laying ceremony were: The Qi County Clerk, the deputy county Mayor, CEO and GM of Hoyo NZ International Trading Company, Board Chairman of China Board Trading Company, GM of Hoyo Helicopter Company, Nanjing Government officers, Administration Director and the GM of Qi County Hoyo Municipal Sewage Plant.‘Covering a‘Covering all regions, connecting everywhere in China.’ The Hoyo Group would like to help shape the future with the People and Government of Qi County.
