In China there is now a significant aging population that is facing retirement and HOYO seeks to meet that demand with retirement facilities that do not just provide healthcare, but also aims to provide a pleasant living environment complete with hot springs, leisure activities, outings and other services that provide a sustainable business opportunity as well as providing a superior service for the elderly.
The objective is to establish a long term model for the future with a dedicated professional and focused management team, aiming to provide a sustainable and profitable business. With elements of both Chinese and Western systems that blend together to form a pleasant and harmonious environment. There is currently a lack of professional senior care facilities and therefore, giving full play to the advantages of regional resources, the emphasis will be to create a standardized blueprint which incorporates full staff training programs to ensure a business model that can then be replicated throughout China. This will be a fully Sino-foreign joint venture to establish the procedures for the theory and practice procedures for the industry.
Our main business in this field comprises hospital care services, emergency rescue, the Sino-foreign joint venture with respect to the service training institute, and a chain business model that incorporates leisure activities, outings, conferences, etc.
